All products ordered and not processed/packed in our ordering system can be cancelled (via E-mail or telephone) for a full refund (including shipping). If you plan on canceling, please let us know ASAP since we do process orders as soon as we can (in general before 12PM PST).
If the order has already been processed/packed, then we will refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee. Orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
All UNOPENED returns covered under our 30-day Money Back are subject to the following condition: - Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by anthealth must accompany all returns. The RMA Number must be included on the outside label of every shipping box.
We cannot process returns without this number. - RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30-days from the date the product was shipped out to you. - Dissatisfaction with opened containers must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. Since every individual has a different perception of what does and doesn't taste good, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste, dissatisfaction with product results, etc. - All products must be returned in sellable" condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. -
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. - All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products. You may wish to insure your return. If we do not receive it, we cannot credit you for it. - In the event of returning a Free Shipping Item there is a mandatory $6.99 deduction off your total refund. - Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. - Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days under any circumstances. -
